Thomas Darby is a web developer, licensed PA home improvement contractor, and community volunteer based in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. He is webmaster for the Rotary Club of Downtown Lock Haven, volunteer manager at Sleep in Heavenly Peace PA-Lock Haven, and a graduate of Leadership Clinton County's Class of 2026.
Outside community roles, Darby runs a small contracting business under PA HIC #PA2199962 and is the founder of GrantCue, a grant discovery and management platform for nonprofits and municipalities.
